Return Policy

*HOLIDAY NOTE! Holiday orders placed in November or December, 2023 have until January 15, 2024 to contact us regarding returns! The 30-day return request requirement below is likewise extended until January 15th, 2024. 

For example, if you purchase a Castle for Christmas in November and don't open it until 12/25/23, you have until January 15th, 2024 to test out the product. If it doesn't work out, you must submit your return request on or before January 15th, 2024.

Before you buy, Please Make sure you have the space for the Play Sofa or Castle in your home! Consider the floor space required and the product's weight before ordering and please take a moment to measure! All product dimensions are in the "details" tab under the personalization button on every product page! 

You can absolutely return your order**! We want you to be 100% thrilled with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes it just doesn't work out. Please submit a return request within 30 days of receipt, and we'll be happy to help. Email your request to customerservice@foamoh.com with the subject "RETURN", and include your name, order number and a contact phone number in the email. 

Please Note: Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. Contact us for more details on our return policy.

We are available Monday through Friday from 9 am until 6 pm, and Saturday from 10 am until 6 pm EST.

Castle Sofa: 27lbs
